    I import companies from CSV files. Having the same functionality as the Candidate/Consultant file would make it easier to keep the company file clean.

  2. INTEGRATION WITH OFFICE 365 EMAIL - PARSING AND CONTACT CANDIDATE CREATION

    I would like to suggest that you incorporate some of the Exelare Outlook Add-in features from outlook email to OUTLOOK 365 EMAIL. This is Microsoft's Cloud computing solution for Office and the way the world is going for the future I would like to specificity request that Parsing and Adding email contacts to make candidates and contacts be incorporated. This will allow enough functionality to switch to Office 365 and still have the benefits of integration with Exelare.

  4. Allow users to remove themselves from your database entirely as opposed as to every time a recruiter comes looking

    As in Unsubscribe from Exelare altogether instead of just on a per recruiter basis.

    cBiz should be in the https://www.privacyshield.gov/list list so the cloud solution would be compliant with GDPR.
    This would be a strength in the European Market.

  7. submitting current candidate

    When I'm making calls on a candidate, I sometimes potentially link a candidate to 5 different clients before I submit him. When getting around to submitting the candidate, the hiring manager is screwed up all the time on the submission form. Can we please fix this?

  8. Allow Sorting in Candidate Search + Auto-Search/Alerts

    It would be helpful to be able to sort by the date a resume was uploaded/updated or by the job board, etc., instead by keyword match only.

    Also, it would be great if there was a way to set up auto-searches and have the results sent to the user each morning (most of the job boards offer this feature).

  9. Support Chrome with HTML 5 instead of silverlight

    Since silver-light no longer works on Windows 10, and no longer supported by MS. I can't use any of my Chrome apps with silverlight, even with the ie tabs chrome plugin. Every other online ATS CRM system is using a pure web based model, and has the same pricing as you, if not cheaper in some instances. Can we please get a real Exelare for web app so I can use all of my productivity plug ins in chrome?

  10. Add an additional personal email address for candidates

    We're finding that candidates are using multiple email addresses. A general one and then a unique email for their resume. Right now we have to ignore the work email and put the 2nd email address there. Have you considered adding a 2nd field?

  11. Daily Call/ Task List it would be nice to be able to change teh Start Date time on multiple candidates at a time instead of having to go int

    Edit Start Time Task List/Call List in for multiple task at once instead of having to individually click on each task to move them to a certain date. For example right now if I have 20 scheduled calls and I want to move them to later in the week I would have to select all 20 calls/task individually and update the date instead of doing it all at once.

    LinkedIn link on Candidates tab is not fully functional. The majority of time I get a 'Page Not Found' error message when utilizing the link.

  13. Use application data instead of parsed data

    When having candidates submit an application form, use the data they submitted and NOT try to parse from the resume. Not all resumes have an address, so Exelare parses wrong info into address fields.

  15. Linking emails or attachments to jobs in the xbar to jobs that changed from active stage.

    In xBar, it should be allowed to link an email or attachments to jobs that have moved from active. Rather than only being able to link emails and attachments to current active jobs, allow user to save new emails to old/closed jobs.

  16. Add "Clear Formatting" option in "Description" field or maintain original formatting.

    When pushing or posting positions to job boards, we currently have to paste the PD into notepad to strip formatting, then paste into Exelare and re-format the description.

    Either add a "Clear Formatting button so users dont have to open multiple applications and add additional steps just to post a job, or even better, allow users to paste a PD from MS Word (or upload) and keep original formatting.

  19. Allow user to remove a job postings from a job board without actually deleting the job in Exelare

    We only have 10 job posting slots in Monster and would like to be able to replace an older (active) job posting with a new one. When clicking the "Close Jobs" button on the Posted Jobs view, it actually closes the job completely. If the recruiter doesnt remember to go back and re-open it, everyone assumes the position closed and candidates are never submitted (big problem). There should be a way to simply remove the posting without actually deleting the job.

    Also, the list of posted jobs never accurately matches what is actually posted on the job board (monster) making…

  20. Go back to instant updates of a candidate file without refreshing. We had this right before last update

    Since the last live update in Exelare, when we change information in the user field and save and exit to go back to the list view we were working in, the changes do not show up on the list view without refreshing the list like it did before. We would love it to go back to instant updates in the list view once you save and close a file!
