The ability to import a resume you have open but is not saved to your computer.
This saves many unnecessary clicks such as saving the document, closing the document, Browsing for the document in Exelare, Selecting the document, then uploading the document by pressing the open button.12 votes
Hi Alejandro, did you see the comment here to your request? This is how we currently do it. You can do one of the following:
1. HIghlight any text and then use CTRL+C to copy to your clipboard. Then simply click the ‘GrabIT’ button in Exelare to import the profile.
2. Click on ‘Import Resume’ from Exelare (or xBar in Outlook) – You can also import in bulk
Is this what you mean? Maybe instead of opening the resume first, just import the profile and then open the resume so maximize clicks so to speak.
Implement the ability to go back and revise or add additional notes to a QNotes entry once it has been saved. And not having to remember to hit SAVE after making a QNote entry. I have lost numerous notes of conversations had by forgetting to hit SAVE before moving on to something else.7 votes
Kelly, we changed the way QNotes works in Exelare for Windows. We did this because sometimes people were losing QNotes due to the nature of cloud connected apps. In this way, when you click the ‘Save’ Button, it ensures – 100% that your note is saved. Slightly different than before, but still the same amount of clicks.
Also, don’t forget all you have to do is open up the record in question, click on the QNotes field and you can still edit or delete any notes you have already created.
For all outbound resumes from Exelare - Automatically brand, stamp, label, or insert header with your recruiting agency's name, phone number, logo and the email address of the Exelare User profile i.e. recruiter who is submitting/sending out the resume.6 votes
This is something on our radar Alejandro, we’ll update here when we have more info.
There should be an option to create an exact duplicate of a current or previous Job (minus the Job ID) rather than starting from scratch each time.1 vote
add some background color or shading to soften all the white screen of Exelare for Windows. All the white is tough on the eyes.

With the Exelare For WIndows 1.0 release, we updated the coloring/shading throughout the software. This will help to visually separate the elements a little better. If you have the latest version installed, you should already see the changes.

If I create a contact from a company record, I should have the option to copy certain data/fields from the Company to the Contact. For example, the Address, URL, Categories, etc... Will Exelare for Windows integrate with Windows 10? I am running it on Windows 7 (because I refused to ugrade to Windows 8.)
I have seen the Microsoft offer for the free download of Windows 10, and I would be interested if it works with all of my important software. Can you release a video showing Exelare on Windows 10 after it is relaeased?
A time or two per week we see, when opening EFW, that there are new updates being downloaded. But, there is never any notice of what those updates are. Can cBiz put out some sort of notice as to just what has been updated?1 vote
